House and pet sitter – solo and responsible
About
I recently petsat for a 115 pound long haired German Shepherd for an extended Easter weekend. I also petsat for a rescue dog named Bauer for his owners who went to Mexico for 2 weeks at Christmas one year. Bauer is the black and white dog in one of the photos I attached to my profile. I’m good with walking dogs as much as they are normally used to as I currently walk with a walking group twice per week for about 15km each walk. I also like looking after cats and rabbits. I’m an ideal house sitter as I’m by myself (no partner or children with me). I am a part-time self-employed bookkeeper and almost all my clients are work from home so my work hours are completely flexible. I plan to drive to BC June 1 and estimate I’ll arrive in Victoria around June 10, 2025.
