Good afternoon,My name is Hans E. van Randwijk Canadian permanent resident and I would like to house for the required time until 2025. I have ranch sitting for years in California ( Paso Robles area) and they always wanted me back the next year. I am a very responsible person ( semi retired )non smoker, non drinker with a strong inp ut of respect and responsibility towards the owners of the properties I ranch (house) sit. I am a good handyman and outdoors person. I have a working permit, a Canadian driver’s license and health card. I am good with pets and cattle and I am an horseman. I am retired but did a lot of projects here in Langley and White Rock BC. I would love to house for a long time. I am single. I am very healthy and strong and just finished a fence project digging holes by hand. Younger guys can’t keep up with me.
