About
Jen grew up on a small-holding with cats, a Labrador and a Border Collie, goats, chickens, geese, a shire cob horse, pigs, rabbits and doves, with her own cat and chickens at age 7! Loving the company of the animals, she also developed a passion for gardening and woodwork, and went on to live in a city with an allotment plot, cats and a rabbit before moving back to the countryside.
Since then we have had our own cats together, and been frequently housesitting a farm with cats, sheep and chickens, and help maintain their large vegetable growing polytunnel and outdoor veg and flower gardens. We have also looked after dogs, mice, gerbils, guinea pigs and frogs!
We love animals, plants and exploring. We are fast learners and are well tuned to noticing if there are any issues with an animals heath and well-being, hopefully giving you better peace of mind that your home and pets are being well looked after.
Our own cats have both had health issues that we have managed and monitored over long periods, and are used to administering medication.
We are flexible and available to meet via Zoom/ Skype or telephone to get to know each other before the sit.
